Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

• COD orders: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via bank transfer.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos as proof.

Products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
